TV and electronics disposal
Old tube televisions are the problem child here. They're heavy, the glass has lead in it, and the landfill doesn't want them, which is why so many are still sitting in basements across Summit County. They go to an electronics recycler instead.
What we handle
- Tube TVs, flatscreens, monitors, projectors
- Desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking gear
- Stereo equipment, speakers, game consoles
- Taken to an electronics recycler, not the landfill
What it costs
- One item at the curb, $85
- One item from inside, $125
- Two or three items, $145
- Full truck bed, $225 to $285
Three steps. That's the whole thing.

Send us a photo
Snap a picture of the pile on your phone and send it over. That's usually all we need to give you a firm price.
We give you the price
A real number, before we show up. If there's more than the photo showed, we tell you first and you decide.
We haul it off
We load everything, sweep the spot clean, and donate or recycle whatever still has life left in it.
Questions
What happens to the data on my computer?
The recycler we use wipes or shreds drives as part of their process. If the data matters to you, pull the drive out before we take it. That's the only way anyone can be certain, and we'd rather tell you that than reassure you.
Do you charge extra for old tube TVs?
A small fee, yes. Electronics recyclers charge by weight for CRTs because of the leaded glass, and a big console TV is genuinely heavy.
How fast can you get here?
Often the same day. Call before noon and there's a good chance we can fit you in, and if we can't we'll tell you straight away rather than leave you waiting.
Do you charge extra for stairs?
No. Inside pickup costs more than curbside and that difference already covers stairs, tight corners and long carries. Stairs are never a surprise charge at the end.
