Two guys from Summit County
Haul Heroes is Avery and Ayden. We started it because getting rid of a couch shouldn't take three phone calls, a rented truck, and a Saturday you'll never get back.
When a job's bigger we bring crew. Either way you're talking to one of us, not a call centre in another state, and the person who quotes you is the person who shows up.
We live in these towns. If we do a bad job here, we hear about it at the grocery store.
Avery & Ayden
Owners. The two people who actually turn up.
How we do this
The price doesn't move
We quote before we load. If there turns out to be more than the photo showed, we tell you the new number and you decide. Nobody gets a bigger bill at the end than they agreed to at the start.
We don't upsell you
If one item is all you've got, one item is what we'll quote. We're not going to walk your basement looking for things to add.
It doesn't all go to the landfill
Furniture in good shape goes to donation, metal goes to scrap, electronics go to a recycler. What's genuinely waste goes to the transfer station, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
You're talking to one of us
Call the number on this site and you get Avery or Ayden, not a call centre in another state reading from a script.
Where we go
All of Summit and Medina County. These are the towns we're in most weeks.
