Haul Heroes Ohio LLC ("Haul Heroes", "we") runs haulheroesohio.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

What we collect

When you fill in a quote form we collect the name, phone number, email address, town, job description and any photos you send. We also record which page the form was submitted from, your browser's user agent string, and the country your request came from.

We store the exact wording of the consent checkbox you ticked, along with your submission. That record exists so that if there is ever a question about whether you agreed to be contacted, the answer is the text you actually saw rather than whatever this page says today.

Why we collect it

To quote your job and to contact you about it. That's the entire purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with lead brokers or marketing companies.

Photos

Photos you send are stored so we can quote accurately and so we have a record of the job. Don't include anything in the frame you wouldn't want us to have. Ask and we'll delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site loads no analytics and sets no tracking cookies unless you agree to it in the banner at the bottom of the page. If you say no, or ignore it, nothing loads. Your choice is remembered in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

Calls and texts

If you give us your number and tick the consent box, we may call or text you about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop. Message and data rates may apply.

Who else sees it

Our site and database run on Cloudflare, so Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf. Notification emails route through Cloudflare Email Routing to our own inbox. The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a submission looks automated. Nobody else receives your information.

How long we keep it

Lead records are kept for three years, which covers the period in which a question about a job or a consent record could realistically come up. Photos are deleted sooner on request.

Getting your data, or getting it deleted

Email quotes@haulheroesohio.com or call (330) 808-5794 and ask. We'll tell you what we hold and delete it if you want, subject to anything we're required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

Children

This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Consent records already stored keep the wording that was shown at the time.
